Sponsorship Information

BENEFITS

Pre-Webinar

• FCP will be responsible for the webinar logistics including marketing, registration, communication, and facilitation

• Sponsor logo and link to sponsor’s website included on FCP Webinar marketing

• Sponsor logo included on the webinar event page of the FCP website

• Sponsor has the option to promote the webinar to their own audience. (Contact FireCrestCrew@gmail.com for the option to make the webinar available for free of charge to all attendees)

• If applicable, sponsor identifies a topic aligned with the mission of FCP, as well as provide the presenter(s) (inclusion of at least one music event professional recommended)

During Steaming Event

• Verbal recognition of sponsorship during the introduction and closing of the YouTube Stream

• Up to 3-minute speaking or video opportunity before educational content, to include up to 1 slide

• Sponsor contact information provided on event webpage. 

Post-Webinar

• Logo with link to sponsor’s website included on post YouTube communication

• The streaming will be recorded and made available on FireCrestCrew YouTube channel

• Opted-in attendees contact information provided to sponsor post webinar

Sponsor Commitment

• $500 for 60-minute Streaming using FCP streaming platform accommodating up to 100 attendees

• All dates and potential content (including a copy of the presentation) to be approved by FCP

• All video clips, logo, graphics, or webinar content to be provided at least 4 weeks in advance of scheduled webinar for suitable marketing time, continuing education requirements, and facilitation of logistics

• If applicable, webinar content must be educational focused and a non-commercial presentation delivering a best practice, resource, or solution

Other Provisions

• Payment for sponsorship must be received at least two weeks prior to webinar. Failure to make payment by the deadline will result in the cancellation of the sponsorship.

• All cancellations must be made in writing to FireCrestCrew@gmail.com Companies canceling two weeks month prior to webinar date, will be held responsible for the total cost of the sponsorship.

• Webinars will be recorded and the property of FCP; no license to the content is granted to the sponsor or host

• As FCP Webinars are non-commercial forums, the direct promotion of products and services is prohibited

• The presenter/sponsor will refrain from overt statements, harsh language, or pointed humor that disparages any individual or group

• The sponsor/presenter is responsible for adhering to the timeline provided and the guidelines for submission outlined in this document

• Webinar may be canceled by FCP deemed necessary
